New Hope, PA – April 28, 2026 – M2M Spectrum Networks has selected Powder River Development Services as a Site Acquisition and Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Services partner for their machine-to-machine communications network. Rolled out in phases starting in the second quarter of 2014, M2M and its partners aim to provide coverage to 75% of the US population by the end of 2015, and 95% coverage by the end of 2016.
